A small wall hanging made in celebration of the log cabin quilt. This is my homage to the legacy left by our quilting forebears. I layered five fabrics together, the uppermost had been pieced into concentric squares on point. The log cabin design was then stitched and partly cut back and partly bloomed. Foiling was used, tiny pieces of copper added and a copper frame was constructed to complete the work. 15" point to point
